Management:

Collect rents - ability to accept rent through Epay at no cost to owners, also free options for tenants to pay

• Deal with leases, emergencies, move in and outs, repairs, maintain records & supply monthly reports
• Visit the property a minimum of twice monthly to ensure that tenants are following the rules
• Manage all vendors (snow, water, sewer tanks, grass, etc.) including hiring and firing
• Send a report at +5 and +10 days to owner about delinquencies
• Best of all, owners just cash the rent checkbook.
